Dr Bayles will be retiring from the practice as of 10th September 2019. We wish her all the best for the future and thank her for the 6 years dedication to the practice.........We would like to welcome Dr H Cho as our new GP to Old Town Surgery. Patients of Dr Bayles will automatically be transferred to Dr Cho's care. Dr Cho has spent a year at our Little Common Surgery finalising his training as a General Practitioner and we are very lucky that he has chosen to remain at the practice.

We have introduced the Electronic Prescribing Service (EPS). Please ensure the reception team are upto date with your preferred pharmacy.
