To request a further supply of your medication you can register for patient online access following the link below.
You may also request repeat prescriptions online using the following links:
Alternatively you may submit a request in writing and post through the surgery letterbox.
Your new prescription will be ready two working days later. You may have it sent direct to a local chemist of your choice.
Please help us to be efficient and avoid frequent requests for separate items by requesting them all at once.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
Please ensure you request your repeat medication in plenty of time so that it does not run out. Prescriptions can be ordered via email to firstname.lastname@example.org for Little Common patients or email@example.com for Old Town patients, or in writing to the Practice. The Practice requires 48 working hours to process your request.
You can now call our dedicated prescription team to discuss your repeat prescription between 10am-12pm or 2pm-4pm Monday to Friday by choosing Option 2 on the telephone main menu.
Please note: We cannot take repeat prescription requests over the telephone.
We have introduced the Electronic Prescribing Service (EPS) which means your prescription will be sent to your preferred pharmacy electronically. Please ensure the prescription team are up to date with your preferred pharmacy.
If you would like your medication delivered, please enquire with your pharmacy.
